Picnic Areas

There are a variety of places on the Greenway to take friends and family, each offering a unique natural setting:

Radwell Meadows
A major public recreation facility featuring an award-winning children’s play area with an approved safety surface, picnic tables and car parking.

Wymondley Wood
An education facility which features a picnic area, large grass area for games, car parking and is just a short walk away to the picturesque Willian Village.

Standalone Farm
Traditional working farm which offers indoor and outdoor picnic facilities as well as a children’s play area. Car parking available.

Manor Wood / Willian Arboretum 
Picnic area, next to a new orchard planting, accessible from the car park. A few minutes walk from Willian Arboretum, an area of specifically planted collection of over 30 different varieties of tree species.
